What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred dates, the type of care you need, and the details you choose to write. When you use the care matcher, we process the description you type to suggest professionals.
Who we share it with
A booking request is shared only with the one professional you chose, and only after you tick the consent box. We never sell your information, use it for advertising, or pass it to other professionals.
The care matcher
Descriptions typed into the matcher are sent to an AI service to generate suggestions. They are not saved to your profile and are not shared with any professional. Avoid including names, health card numbers, or other identifying details.
Your choices
Sharing is always optional. You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete your request at any time by contacting us. Once shared, the professional is also responsible for protecting your information under Ontario and Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and PHIPA for health professionals).
How we protect it
Requests are stored securely and are not publicly visible. Access is limited to authorized staff.
